Can you offer me a Courtesy Car while my vehicle is being repaired or serviced?

A.

We have Courtesy Cars which are completely free of charge to hire so you don’t have to be without a vehicle while yours is being repaired and we even have a collection/delivery service too so we can work around your busy lifestyle.

Please bear in mind that Courtesy Cars are by availability and are only on the basis that your insurance cover gives you access to drive other vehicles.

Do you do Warranty & Insurance Repairs?

We often undertake Warranty & Insurance repairs, so if you have a either, you can trust us to take care of your car and handle the formalities of making a claim.

Do I get any form of Guarantee with the parts provided and the work undergone?

A.

All NEW parts supplied by us are covered by a minimum of 1 years warranty. If any parts fail within 1 year of fitting which has been due to the part having a fault (not due to damage or misuse) we will replace the part free of charge.

Parts provided by customer or USED parts sourced by customers request are subject to warranty/guarantee from part supplier directly (if any). Any labour required to replace failed parts that are USED or sourced by the customer will be chargeable and labour claims should be made directly to the supplier.

All our work is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of invoice unless mentioned otherwise.
