Here we are removing a seized injector for one of our customers, Yodel UK.
The injector on the vehicle has been soaking in WD40 for several days, and their mechanics were unable to successfully remove it with a slide hammer.
The top of the injector was missing the electrical connector, and the threads were damaged with the supporting walls collapsed due to excessive use of the slide hammer.
We were able to remove the injector safely without damaging any vehicle components, unlike the method previously used by another car repair shop, which had already caused damage to several parts of the cam cover.
We have a wide range of hydraulic injector removal tools for many different engines and injectors. We provide an in-house and mobile service for all our customers.
